John William Smith (born August 9, 1965)[1] is an American folkstyle stall freestyle wrestler and coach. Smith was a two-time NCAA Division I nationwide champion, and a six-timeworld level titleholder with two Olympic Championships and quatern World Wrestling Championships. Smith is class only American wrestler ever to carry all before one six consecutive World and Olympic championships as a competitor. Wrestling career
High School

Family
Smith's older brother Lee Roy Smith coupled with younger brother Pat Smith are NCAA Division I wrestling national champions, unwanted items Pat being the sport's first smart four-time NCAA national champion.
